Low County, San Andreas — FiveM’s best kept secret.

Explore the county

From city streets to dirt roads, there’s always something to do!

Welcome to Low County — San Andreas’ quiet little corner that isn’t nearly as quiet as it seems. On the surface, it’s fishing docks, backroads, and small-town charm. Stick around long enough, though, and you’ll see the cracks: shady deals, crooked smiles, and stories only the locals know.

LoCo isn’t built for everyone. We’re a small, tight-knit community of experienced players who want believable RP without the grind, power trips, or endless rules. If you’ve been around FiveM a while and you’re looking for a place to actually enjoy yourself again, you’ll fit right in.

At LoCo, we keep it clean:

  • Experienced Players Only — no babysitting, no hand-holding.

  • Residency Program — start as a tourist, earn residency.

  • Community First — fewer numbers, better stories.

  • Minimal Rules — common sense beats a 30-page handbook.

If you’re looking for the chaos of a packed public server, this isn’t it. But if you want a tight-knit crew, gritty county stories, and a place where RP still feels fun, then Low County is waiting.

LoCo is a vMenu-based, whitelisted community built for experienced FiveM players who want small, steady, believable RP without the grind or power-hungry nonsense.

meet the locals

Low County isn’t about numbers — it’s about people. Our community is built for players who’ve already put in their time on FiveM and are looking for something smaller, steadier, and easier to enjoy.

The locals here know the ropes. They’re veterans of roleplay who don’t need hand-holding or walls of rules to make it work. Conversations flow, stories build naturally, and the same faces show up again and again. That’s what makes it feel like a real county.

We keep the circle tight. You’ll recognize voices in Discord, names in game, and the folks you run into will actually feel like neighbors. That’s the whole point: LoCo is less about being “a server” and more about being a crew you want to log in with.

Low County isn’t a fit for everyone — and we’re okay with that. This is a 16+ community built for mature, experienced roleplayers who want something slower, chiller, and calmer than the grind-heavy servers most people are used to.

We keep things small on purpose. You’ll actually recognize the folks you play with, hear familiar voices in Discord, and build stories with people you trust. If that sounds like your speed, you’ll fit right in. If not — that’s fine too.

County Government

The County Government is the team that keeps Low County running smoothly behind the scenes. They handle the administrative work that makes the community possible — from applications and interviews to keeping the Discord organized and the server fair.

How They Operate:

  • Applications & Whitelist – Reviewing and approving new residents.

  • Community Management – Setting expectations, resolving issues, and keeping things running without drama.

  • Server Administration – Overseeing technical upkeep, updates, and stability.

  • Support & Oversight – Answering questions, assisting members, and making sure everyone can enjoy their time in Low County.

On paper we call them “County Government,” but in practice, they’re just the staff who make sure LoCo stays the community it was built to be.

Sheriff’s Office

The Low County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) serves as the primary law enforcement agency for the county. Deputies are responsible for patrol, traffic enforcement, investigations, and maintaining order in both rural and urban areas.

How They Operate:

  • Patrol Division – Deputies are assigned to zones throughout the county, ensuring coverage in towns, highways, and backroads.

  • Investigations – Handles major crimes, follow-ups, and case work beyond routine patrols.

  • Traffic Enforcement – Focused on roadway safety, DUI enforcement, and accident response.

  • Community Policing – Deputies interact with residents, respond to calls for service, and maintain visibility across the county.

The Sheriff’s Office operates under a chain of command led by the elected Sheriff and supported by undersheriffs, supervisors, and patrol deputies.

Fire & Rescue

Low County Fire & Rescue (LCFR) provides fire protection, emergency medical response, and rescue services across the county. Their work ranges from house fires and hazardous materials calls to medical emergencies and vehicle extrications.

How They Operate:

  • Fire Suppression – Responding to structure, brush, and vehicle fires with engine and ladder companies.

  • Rescue Operations – Vehicle extrication, water rescues, and specialized technical rescues when needed.

  • Emergency Medical Services – Firefighters are cross-trained as EMTs or paramedics to provide immediate care and transport until hospital transfer.

  • Prevention & Training – Regular drills, inspections, and community education to maintain readiness and reduce risks.

The department is organized with a Fire Chief, assistant chiefs, and line officers overseeing firefighters and medics assigned to stations throughout the county.
