What We’re About
We keep it small and calm; staff are facilitators, not celebrities.
The job: fewer rules, better vibes, clear standards.
We use Discord + txAdmin + a lightweight CAD.
Expectation: be present, be fair, be consistent. No drama.

How We Operate (Staff = “County Government”)
Not an RP department: purely OOC administration.
Decision log: short notes in a staff-only channel (what/why/when).
Rotation & coverage: on-call windows, shared shifts, no burnout.
Escalation path: Admin → Director → Owner (Chaz).
Conflict rule: never rule on your own scene.
What We’re Not
Not chasing player count.
Not micromanaging with 30-page SOPs.
Not tolerating ego, favoritism, or backchannel drama.
